Nomad Cafe, Saturday March 10th. Nomad is a nice little coffee shop with some tasty vittles, coffee, tea, beer, and wine. Admission is free, but the cafe asks that all patrons purchase at least one food or drink item from the menu. Bring a laptop and surf the web with their free wireless internet connection! Music is from 7:30 to 9:30, I'll start around 8:15 and plays until the end of the evening. Scott Waters opens.

Starry Plough's open mic night on Tuesday, March 20th, "Featured Act." It's always a fun night full of great music, and the featured act slot starts around 10 p.m. and goes for about 30 minutes. The band (which goes by a variety of names, as the mood strikes) plays a mix of traditional, cover, and original music, and features:
